OUR PEOPLE
See who’s steering our ship.
Boy, we get it – software companies are a dime a dozen these days. So, what makes On Now Digital any better than the next shop? Honestly, it’s our people. Corny but true. We have a lean, ultra-motivated team that genuinely cares about helping you. And that has both the business and tech chops to do it.
Here’s a quick introduction to our leadership:

General Manager Todd Hurst presides over the OND business and brings nearly three decades of executive leadership across diverse industries, giving him a keen sense for aligning people, strategy and execution. He has guided teams in manufacturing, consumer products and technical services, building brands and growing companies with a strong grasp of design, engineering and technology - useful when strategy shifts to how something works and can be improved for the market and partners' needs. At OND, Todd focuses on guiding the business, building strategic partnerships and creating conditions for the team and customers to succeed, balancing today's needs with tomorrow's changes. Todd is an IEEE member and a University of Mount Union graduate with degrees in Marketing and Economics, Entrepreneurial Business and Executive Management. He enjoys basketball, classic cars, road racing, off-road adventures and excursions in his restored Fairmont railcar

Manager of Development and Delivery Brett Rose is always prepared. Maybe that stems from his 20+ years of experience, his B.S. in computer science from Baker College, his past work in industrial automation, or from his time serving as an electronics technician in the U.S. Navy. Yep, Brett is ready to tackle any challenge … usually with both short- and long-term options. In his current role, he takes the lead on concept development, quality assurance and solution scalability with a healthy dose of project management and methodology. Brett also plays a big part in keeping the team up-to-date on emerging software trends and best practices. When he’s not staring at a screen, he loves spending time outdoors and once spent eight hours stranded in the actual Bermuda Triangle. Talk about problem-solving at its finest!

Senior Solutions Engineer Bill Hays knows the quickest way to help businesses up the technological ladder is not about what needs to be done but rather about how. Practical, persistent and highly analytical, Bill is adept at identifying clear strategies that exceed customer expectations and stay within budget. He has proven expertise with industrial networking, computer systems architecture, business processes and user interface design. Oh, and he’s absolutely tops when it comes to data warehousing and sales engineering. Bill is Kent State University alum (B.S. in mathematics/software systems analysis) and a beekeeper. That’s right, in his spare time, Bill enjoys beekeeping. If you play your cards right, you might get to try some of his home-harvested honey.
