From packaged to custom software solutions, On Now Digital helps clients overcome business challenges while achieving convenience, timeliness and accuracy.

Position Purpose: This position provides leadership and direction to the OND sales function, championing and empowered to achieve the purpose of all sales efforts both internally and externally.  This position will optimize overall sales performance and align sales objectives and activities with OND’s charter and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and execution around new customer acquisition

  • In coordination with Marketing, lead and execute initiatives around events and promotions to find new customers

  • Daily pipeline review and working with the Sales Team on weekly call plans and actions

  • Personally perform outbound calls in support of sales staff

  • Demonstrate compelling software solutions to prospective clients

  • Manage full product sales life-cycle in North American market – Prospect for Leads, Initiate Contact, Qualify the Lead, Present Solution, Overcome Objections, Close Sale, Generate Referrals

  • Use CRM system to record contacts, conversations, activities and opportunities

  • Coordinate proposals with others within the organization

  • Participation and/or lead in presentations, demonstrations and client calls

  • Develop and implement execution strategy

  • Gain proper support and approvals from leadership when necessary

  • Work closely with appropriates individuals/team(s) on sales efforts and negotiations

  • Motivate prospects to participate in trade shows, webinars and special events

  • Collaborate with engineers and developers to close technical solutions sales

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science or technology

  • Minimum of 5 years of technical sales experience

  • Consultative solution selling skills

  • Experience in SaaS or relevant B2B sales/services

  • Experience in delivering product demos as a sales consultant

  • Minimum of 3 years in a sales management or senior sales coaching position or equivalent

Work Conditions: 
The work for this position is conducted indoors, in a conventional office environment, in an office or cubicle, with low noise. 

Physical Demands: 
While working, the ability to:

  • Perform work at a desk for extended periods of time, typically at least 8 hours per day/5 days per week, sometimes more or less if business needs require

  • Occasionally lift objects up to 25 lbs.

  • Regularly hear, see, and talk; and occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb throughout the day  

  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
