How do I know if I need a software solution?

Are you based in the U.S.?

You betcha! On Now Digital is located in charming Northeast Ohio, and all of our development work is done here in the good old U.S. of A., keeping source code secure and U.S. citizens employed.

What technology stack do you use?

We are a Microsoft development shop and are most familiar with those tools. You can run our apps on both Android or iOS platforms. However, we integrate seamlessly with most business applications through Microsoft and AZURE services. All of our cloud services offer enterprise-level security and are backed up continually.

What type of security measures do you take?

As part of the Microsoft community, On Now Digital follows the strict and ever-adapting security measures provided by the Microsoft AZURE hosting service. Data stored in our cloud environment has 24/7 monitoring, cameras on the front and back of servers and other highly controlled access measures, compliant with even the most recent NISC standards. OK, yeah, I’m actually not very tech savvy. How will you make sure I understand what I’m buying?

Our team will meet you wherever you are in your understanding of technology. We’ll only use the fancy $10 tech jargon if you’re cool with it. Otherwise, we’ll give you written documentation of what we’re proposing, what our strategy/timeline is and how this cool idea will specifically help you. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to ask us questions, and we won’t move on anything until you decide you’re comfortable enough to sign an agreement with us. Plus, if anything changes during the process, we’ll keep you informed and give you any new costs in writing.

What type of ongoing support do you offer?

The short answer is that we will never leave you hanging with a problem. We care about you, man, and we just don’t have the stomach for it. If something isn’t doing what you think it should be doing, let us know and we’ll help you out. Additionally, if you have a service contract with us, we allocate service hours right into that bad boy, so you can feel confident coming to us for anything.
