Purpose of Role

As a SaaS sales lead, you are the primary liaison between client leadership and On Now Digital. You drive the sales process to identify and motivate decision makers. You incite client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets for your assigned market segments. You demonstrate your competence and value as a sales executive and an entrepreneurial manager. Some qualifications we’re looking for in a SaaS BD candidate

  • Experience in SaaS or relevant B2B sales/services
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Technical Marketer

Purpose of role: 

The purpose of the Technical Marketing Specialist is threefold:

  • Creatively and effectively communicate to prospective clients to generate conversations for our Sales team
  • Expand and grow brand trust and respect among targeted audiences
  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness and traction of On Now Digital Marketing initiatives and communications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing, manage OND online presence including regular e-blasts, campaigns, thirdparty sites, and social media posts
  • Content Expertise,  grow into and specialize in understanding our technical customer base(s), and prepare thought-leading content for annual speaking engagements, whitepapers, videos, or webinars 
  • Marketing Strategy,  contribute to annual and quarterly planning, including identifying potential marketing channels to reach our audiences and evaluate the ROI and timing of channels and media types. 
  • Webinar Facilitation,  drive the scheduling, facilitation, and communications for regular webinars, leverage in-house technical experts for presentations
  • Agency Liaison, collaborate and coordinate with agencies that help OND with strategy and execution of marketing initiatives 
  • Tradeshow Support Services, facilitate research and updates for Marketing Calendar, assisting Sales in determining which conferences and tradeshows to attend. Assist in brainstorming and delivering upon unique ideas to maximize participation and leading conversations at events
  • Traditional Marketing, assist in creating, updating, and procuring traditional marketing collateral and promotional items
  • Visual Communications, assist in designing and developing visual communications, both still images, animations, and presenations 
  • Online Advertising, assist in setting up and adjusting SEO and PPC initiatives
  • Support OND Business Development and Product Support teams by helping to do various research on potential or existing clients and other helpful tasks as needed as we onboard and support "raving fan" customers
  • Tradeshow Planning & Participation, keep current the Marketing Calendar, assisting Sales in determining which conferences and tradeshows to attend.  Assist in brainstorming and delivering upon unique ideas to maximize participation and leading conversations at events.   

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business fields
  • Competence using visual, graphic design, and/or animation tools
  • Competence using digital marketing tools for instance Google Analytics, Ad words, Cyfe, LinkedIn, Bing Ads, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working directly with engineers, electricians, or technicians is preferred
  • Experience working with CRM systems preferred (Zoho CRM, SalesForce, etc.)

  • Critical thinking, analytical, creative problem-solving, summarization, conceptualization skills
  • Professional documentation, communication skills - written, verbal, visual, presentation, etc.
